How much is the delivery fee?
Our standard delivery fee across Pakistan is Rs. 249. For pre-orders, there's an additional charge of Rs. 99.
How long does delivery take?
- Flash Delivery Products: 10-15 working days
- Pre-Order Products: 40-60 working days
How do I place an order?
- Add your desired products to the cart and proceed to Checkout.
- Enter your contact details and shipping address, then Continue to Shipping.
- Apply a discount code (if any) and Continue to Payment.
- Select a payment method:
- Debit/Credit Card
- Cash on Delivery
- Complete your order.
How can I check my order status?
You will receive an order tracking email once your order has been dispatched.

My order was not delivered completely. What should I do?
Your order may be dispatched in multiple shipments, and you will receive email updates with tracking numbers for each part. You will only be charged for delivery on the first shipment. The remaining items will arrive soon.

- Our rider will pick up the product. Please pack it as received.
- Once we receive the product, we’ll provide you with a voucher code as compensation.

Yes! All our products are 100% original and sourced directly from brands. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us.
I have concerns about Shein product quality. What should I do?
Shein is a Chinese brand, and product quality may vary. While we dispatch products as received from Shein’s official website, slight differences in size or color may occur due to professional photography.
